I was a little frustrated that the website let us check out with free shipping, but then we were contacted later on & had to pay an additional fee in order to have the order shipped to us. That held our order up for a few days. It would have been more helpful if we had been told about the extra fee as we were checking out. Otherwise, the rc cars are wonderful - always better than expected.
