I honestly did not have a good experience with this online store. Before placing my order, I read several reviews mentioning issues with returns and even lost packages — which made me decide to purchase the shipping protection for peace of mind. About 1–2 weeks after ordering, I was informed that my package was lost. Thankfully, because I had purchased the protection, they told me a refund would be issued. But my order was over $500… imagine if I hadn’t paid extra for that coverage.
