The package hasn’t been truly delivered. The status is delivered but the parcel is not at the address I filed. I’ve been complaining with the customer service from 5 days but they are not handling the situation: they type one email a day with useless information or suggestions. I would invite all the customers to look elsewhere. Lots multi brand websites have always offered me a better service. I bought my boyfriend’s Christmas gift here and I don’t have anything to gift him now.
