Shipment was more than a week late and I experienced bad customer service. Frame kit was packed in a door box without any secure cushions so had dents all over the place including broken pin. I was able to install it and paint it and it looks nice but this kind of customer service and packaging is unacceptable. If I pay $200 for a piece of plastic then I would imagine you would have at least proper packaging for it to prevent these kind of things from happening.
