Both window glass slipped from frame when installing. First dwindle shattered one glass entirely. Second glass slipped and broke one alignment pin. Two people could not install these due to poor adhesion of glass to frame. An expensive failure due to poor adhesive of glass to frame! What do I do? I am a dissatisfied customer.
