It arrived damaged and could take 2 to 4 weeks to get a replacement. This is on top of a long wait already to get it in the first place. The customer service rep did not seem to be very concerned about that. Just said they did not have a way to expedite.
this is taking so long that I lost my window with my installer, who is now off to another job, and who knows when he will be back. Could be December, but then we run into Xmas break time.
Winter is coming, and I have no door.
