My shipments haven’t arrived all year, even after placing several orders. I’ve asked to have all my purchases and remaining credits refunded. Not only has that not happened, but I continue to be charged for a membership I don’t wanor use, and I can’t cancel it on your website. The matter is now with my bank, as I have to dispute these unapproved charges. I love your products, but the shipping issues and inadequate responses from your team have forced me to look for another Black skin care line.

The order arrived on time. It was damaged during shipping. I was signed up for a subscription which I don't want or need. I have been paying for the subscription for 4 months without a product and was refunded only 1 month. I wanted to reorder the hair oil but was only offered body care bundles. Apart from the quick delivery time, I am not happy with the experience, although I like the products.
