I don’t like how it defaults you to a monthly membership cost. Took me several tries, and then there was no disclosure that my order would be subject to duties which I tried to pay but the shipper didn’t take my credit card. I know this is a small business that’s trying so just offering honest feedback to help improve.

Cancelling the subscription should be easier, speaking to a human that can refund purchases you did not authorize should be made available. Reversing my cancellation without consent is criminal. No one responds to the emails.
