Happily used to ordering from this company for years just to now experiencing such a nightmare. I placed my order on 7/16!!!! I keep being given poor CS saying it’s still on the way when the tracking hasn’t even hit the US saying it’s been returned to sender on 8/7 & you all refuse to assist me!!! Instead I’m being charged monthly prescriptions all while receiving no orders!!! I have no other option than to report this company for fraud at this point as no one is helping me. Your order fulfillment sucks. It shouldn’t take 13 days to process an order to be shipped especially when you pay extra for this process to go quicker. It’s now 15 days later and all I received on day 13 was a notice that part of my order would be shipped. Here I am wondering why I’m being asked to review an order I have not received.
