It's crazy how I'm getting a message asking me to rate experience with my order when I still haven't received my order. Yet everyday I continue to get more marketing emails. I've sent two emails requesting an update and although receiving prompt responses (that's the only positive so far) the responses are superficial canned responses that tell me no specifics about what the delay is or when I'll receive my order. Very disappointing.
