I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ava Estell. I never received my order or any shipping information. I’ve contacted the company three times, including requesting a refund, and have received no response. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable.
Customers deserve timely updates and responses, especially after paying for products. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They will take your money and not deliver your products.
