I ordered wildland fire fighting gear and was not informed upon my order that it would take several months for the items to be created and then shipped two weeks into finding out my order was not coming anytime soon. I tried to cancel it, and it was informed that the material had been cut and I could not cancel the order, so I had to go out and purchase more gear from somewhere else. This order was placed around August here we are October and I still have not received my items.
