A great item to have for safety, easy to use if needed. I will always keep one close to the woodstove, just in case of a chimney fire. A great product from a great company.

Best investment we ever made for water supply. It was put to use 2 days after arriving on a large log cabin fire and made for much better portable tank placement and ease of use. Looking to add another one in the future for our other apparatus.

I purchased for use in a light aircraft. Since the purchase I have used it as a tool as well. It is bombproof. And the sheath is of very high quality.

Very easy to install, took it out of the box, mounted it, hooked up the wires and its been working ever since. Great Product. and fast service in receiving it to.

Other than the fact the gloves are sized quite small, or perhaps very snug, they are high quality and also provide good insulating qualities, especially in cold weather. Very well made gloves. Order at least one to two sizes up however.

Product is made of heavy duty quality material. Purchased the hose hook at a reasonable price and received it in a timely manner. Had great communication from the seller in reference to shipping of the hook.

Install took about 4 hours (we'd never done one before), but instructions were easy to follow. Worked first time we plugged it in and has been functioning ever since. I would buy it again for another vehicle if needed.

Boy it was great to have the "Collapsible Cones" on hand. NM State Fire Marshal came in to an yearly inspection and some of the vehicle were short of the cones, so I just went to new cones and put on vehicle right in front of the Fire Marshal. Excellent quality & I hope I never need it but if I do this will save me thousands of dollars as well as heartache do to an accidental release. I am renovating my sprinkler equipped, HOA condo & feel very confident having this available while renovating. Thanks

Got these just in time for an out of state assignment, even though they weren’t quite broken in, they were a dream. Super comfortable and didn’t give me too many issues.

We started running this a few years ago per suggestion of one of our firefighters. Since then we have added more. We run 250 ft on both Engines and both Tankers as we as 100 foot on each Brush truck.

We use these clips on our pumper tool rack to secure tools in our compartment. These were purchased as replacements that finally broke after 12 years of use. Pretty durable!

Helmet shipped a month early, very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend this helmet to anyone. By far the lightest and most comfortable fire helmet I have ever worn.

We definitely like it. I placed the Waterax Striker-3 pump at the river bordering our property. Elevation is 1,620'. We rolled out 300' of 1-1/2" forestry hose and 300' of 1" forestry hose to a elevation of 1,757'. The pump had plenty of pressure and was able to send water over the top of Oak and pine trees.

The 1” bail works great. I built a defense system that we used at my house during the Park Fire last year in Chico Ca. Combination of fuel reduction, sprinklers and attack lines pushed by a pump on our pool. I stayed back with my 23 year old son and was able to save our home. This kind of equipment was crucial in our ability to move higher volumes of water. Thanks!

Apparently after Heiman Fire saw my review of their product, them shipping me the wrong one, they stood by their product and sent me the correct one without me even asking. You can't say that about many compaines! They make solid products, and obviously care about their customers. I will buy more items from them in the future because of their top notch customer service! Fits perfectly for our training needs as a department. It adds realism to our drills involving search and rescue in how the body and limbs react to being picked up, dragged, and carried.

Near exact replacement part. Thread was common pipe thread so I installed the new nipple and reducer and hooked everything up as was before. Everything working fine. I won’t forget to drain the pump before winter again! Cracked the old part.

Exactly what we were looking for to conduct search & rescue training. We also use "Bob" for extrications drills. Very glad we purchased.

Exactly what my son was looking for. He is training to be a firefighter and wanted an axe. He loves it.
