I ordered the bracelet and had added the third bead with the name and accidentally dropped the drop-down back to two beats so immediately after I ordered I realized that I missed the third bead. I acknowledge this is fully on me, but I immediately emailed and unfortunately, nothing could be done which is fair, but I think something like 10% off or free shipping could have been offered on ordering separate bead. Then was given wrong tracking number and bracelet arrived late overall not the best.
