When I ordered this bracelet and wanted to put my grandkids names on it. I made sure I added my granddaughter who would be born in September. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and spelled it wrong. I sent an email to customer support, trying to order a correct piece with her correct spelling. The person that I spoke to, ordered me a new one and shipped to me no charge. And sent me a video on how to install it. It was perfect and I am so excited and will always be a customer.

My husband loves his bracelet! The black metal is masculine and feels durable. He was able to chop off the extra chain link ones he sized the clasp to his wrist. He wears it every day ever since Father’s Day. The bracelet is slinky, it has a shape to it that keeps it round over the wrist. Not sure if he likes that or not, but just something to note. As for wear and tear, only time can tell.
