Ordered the Tote and unfortunately it wasn’t received in the box. Refund was offered straight away, only due to being overseas, I was struck with a foreign exchange fee again. I know it’s with the bank and not Floraly fault but it is just the little things to remember when sending a loved one a birthday surprise.
