We spent Christmas with our daughter & partner who live in Brisbane in Fortitude Valley; we stayed at the Ovolo. To brighten and Chrissy up our room i had this beautiful Christmas spruce delivered for our arrival. We named him Bruce the Spruce and he certainly put us all in the Christmas mood. My order arrived shrivelled and mostly half dead. Sent photo to Floraly customer care who replied promptly and confirmed would replace. It’s my opinion the fault lay with the delivery service…..Floraly could review their use of them. I may not be the only one. Sent without delay and I was very pleased with the replacement.

I found this website on google and sent some flowers (the Paris) as a way of an apology and because my future husband is going to be working at the 2024 Paris Olympics My future husband loved them! The product is awesome, a genius idea! The tree arrived in perfect conditions and it smells beautifully. The only negative feedback I would give is about the delivery: for some reasons it has been delivered to a different person in my building (despite the detailed address). Likely, this person was so kind to knock on my door and deliver it to me. If it wasn't for this kind person I might not have received the parcel which might sound not very professional.

This was a surprise gift for my parents. They absolutely loved it. Mum had tears in her eyes when she received it. Thrilled is an understatement. When I saw it I thought it was so glorious. My friend loved the sunflowers and the presentation. After a week I asked her how they were and this was her response… Sunflowers are gorgeous.🌻 There are various sizes of bloom and stem so they can be rearranged well. Two of them are the size of bread and butter plates! They take SO much water tho and the vase needs to be refilled every other day. 🩷🌻🌻🌻🌻

Just what I wanted to create a Christmassy feeling without the time and effort of putting up a whole tree! I am not entertaining this year so it was perfect for us and made me smile each time I walked in the door. It was exactly as pictured and I decided I liked the simplicity so didn’t add any other decorations. Very healthy and a great shape tree!

A friend's mother in law passed away. My wife and I both watched “ The lost flowers of Alice Hart “. When Prime offered to match our $20 donation to help women suffering from domestic abuse , we had to buy the bouquet 💐. The native arrangement was beautiful and I timed it to arrive on our 33rd wedding anniversary on the 29th of September. It’s the 8th of October today and they are still magnificent!

I’ve been looking for something festive for the communal staff room at work (childcare centre) and this is perfect!!
