I love that the flowers arrive in bud - they are so fresh and last so much longer than any other flowers I have purchased in the past - a was a little disappointed with the same day delivery - whilst they definitely were delivered the same day (thank you), I placed the order at about 7am and they were delivered at 6pm. I will purchase from Floraly again - the bunches are so fresh!

After contacting 3 other floral studios who were unable to provide white roses (I didn't want any other colour), Floraly came to the rescue. So pleased with the service I received. Floraly couldn’t do enough I stupidly made an error on the message didn’t notice till checking my order I emailed to ask to correct it. Delivery was a disaster though. Delivery person did not ring the doorbell and simply left the bouquet at the doorstep. Luckily my mom decided to go for a stroll after an early dinner and saw the bouquet on the ground.

The product is awesome, a genius idea! The tree arrived in perfect conditions and it smells beautifully. The only negative feedback I would give is about the delivery: for some reasons it has been delivered to a different person in my building (despite the detailed address). Likely, this person was so kind to knock on my door and deliver it to me. If it wasn't for this kind person I might not have received the parcel which might sound not very professional.
