When I called in December they answered and customer support was great informed me that it would be another 5-7 weeks for my parts which was fine. Waited that time and when I was trying to get ahold of them early February NOTHING. No email back after sending one nor could I get anyone to answer my call or return it. Frustrating. Then parts show up 2 weeks later. Great parts not sure what happened with customer service.
