We had the mistake where I was supposed to be notified prior to shipping so that I could have the order shipped to a waypoint on my trip, but it was shipped to my house. VanMade made it right, but it became a distraction for me on my trip plus I had to pay to use accelerated delivery. An easy fix in this situation would have been to remove the shipping address from the order instead of putting a note somewhere. If a shipping address is required in that field then make it VanMade’s address.
