The young lady we spoke with should have done a better job with the delivery date. We call about 3 weeks into our order and she told us about 2-3 more weeks. Since we travel a lot we put the delivery into our schedule. A couple days later we got an order has shipped email. Needless to say we were not home and had to make special arrangements with FedEx.
