Terrible. This company’s a scam. I’ve contacted over 10 times and mostly no one responds. The one time they did I got offered $60. I’ve spent over $1000. One of the hole of the couch wasn’t even carved out so I couldn’t put it fully together. The couch is cheaply made and slides across the floor when you sit on it because it’s just cheap wood. It has no back support. Website says they’ll refund but they lie. They just ignore emails about returns. Complete scam. Calling the BBB
