The mattress topper cover had snags in it and I let them know. Also had sent a picture, and they did'nt address it whatsoever. The mattress cover I'd ordered did not come with the mattress, but they did however send it out the next day. The topper itself has a tendency to slide on my mattress even though it's strapped the straps need to be moved in a bit, maybe that would hold better, as I have a 15-in mattress.
