Considering that when I placed the order first I had my address wrong I tried to change it but it wouldn’t let me no matter what. I even contacted groom as well as the delivery company that was delivering my package they couldn’t do anything. But when I contacted groom one of the refund managers did get back to me and gave me a freed order to my actual address free of charge. So they were really good.
