I had an issue with the unit from day one and was just given further instructions on how to use a razor like an idiot, I was more of an idiot following the instructions still tore my skin up. Then to top it off I had to pay more for some cheeky little subscription that slipped in on my first order so not only did I waste money on the original order but then they charged me again for more of the garbage I had already received .
