It was a bit confusing as to which knives to choose. Especially since you call them by different names than many knives are called & they’re different shapes. I’d like a better description on your site on how to use them—-I could have missed it. I’d also like to see you offer paring knives & serrated tomato knives & maybe a vegetable peeler.
