As an average guy who just likes to cook and have fun doing it, I was a little nervous about choosing which knives to create a collection that I would love.
I reached out to the company and they were so amazing at helping me. Make sure that I picked the right knives to start with, and I kept communicating with them as I kept adding on and they were phenomenal at their suggestions in groupings.

Pros: knives are very nice. Good balance, functional, sharp, and pretty much bada**. Very good value. Magnetic walnut knife board is awesome great way to display.
Cons: The shipping (even though FedEx,) was not expedited. Product arrived a day later than FedEx provided delivery date, and ended up being a 7-day ship, so plan accordingly. The “mystery gift” was a 2 oz bottle of mineral oil. I anticipated something a bit less “tchotchke” and a bit more functional with value.
