I love the knives!!! I do not believe you should sell the instructions on how to care for and sharpen your knives; it makes you look like a crappy company after how much I paid for the knives and after paying for the shipping and for the sharpening whetstone. It just seems like at least the instructions should be included!

Initial order was “mis-delivered” by FedEx… they were remarkably unconcerned and unsympathetic… contacted Collina and the representative (after also contacting FedEx and getting a similarly rude response I’m told) promptly replaced my order (this time through UPS)… didn’t get it in time for the 4th of July weekend like I’d hoped but still excellent service under the circumstances.
