I’m pleased with this business thus far. It would be good to have updates on progress of your order. The website wasn’t updated on used bikes and I ended up being able to buy a used bike that was not available for sale. That said the communication from Freesky has been good and they have been polite and helpful and apologetic when needed. All in all I would say that they are a decent business
