I ordered the Lightweight Grass Trimmer and the Carbon Steel Weed Brush Trimmer because they were advertised as a package. The Carbon Steel Weed Brush Trimmer arrived several days after the Lightweight Grass Trimmer, which was not a problem however the Carbon Steel Weed Brush Trimmer cannot be attached to the Lightweight Grass Trimmer as the connections are not compatible and also the instructions provided for each item were either non-existent or of poor quality.

Not enough communication, and only a system generated response once delivery in progress, although it doesn't actually tell you how long the delivery will be or when it will be delivered. Didn't respond when I replied to say only one part had arrived.

Actual product, not fit for purpose, waste of money

Good, the blade fitted my ryobi petrol mower as advertised with universal fitting. I never use weed chemicals & don’t have time & energy to weed by hand or with a hoe which is not as effective as the wire blade

Dreadful. After 23 emails and two months of negotiating the way forward, and being sent a second selection of almost identical parts; still no satisfaction. Delaying tactics, just trying to wear you down so that you give up and keep your faulty product. Research Verokria before buying, you'll be glad you did.

No handle

The wired brush sold as a pack with the weed trimmer didn’t arrive at the same time. It came two weeks later. Returned items from what I read in the policy return I have to sort it out myself so it will be expensive. Don’t recommend this shop at all.

Misleading website not following uk law

Very easy to order and excellent communication with the company.

Feel I was misled when I requested to return the carbon brush and advised to purchase a strimmer which is not sufficient to work with it.
