An easy site to browse, and to purchase your goods. The only drawback is waiting for the goods to arrive, I waited at least two weeks, but it finally arrived.

Constant emails, no return procedure

The item arrived was smaller than expected. After getting back to customer services I spent nearly a week going back and forward asking for a refund. When I did finally get an address to send the items back, I only had one week to send it back which, I was not able to do as I was away. I asked to send the items back two days later, I was ignored by customer services. The items are unopen, in the original packaging. Avoid this company.

Your website is deceiving. We thought we were buying the whole tool including the handle. What a waste of money. I wouldn’t have paid £18.99if I had realised it was just the tool head.

Shipping's too long

Incorrect information stated on website for shipping time, states 2-3 days but waited over 2 weeks. Item very cheap and nasty looking. Packaging of product damaged as being shipped from abroad but did not know this before ordering.
