Do NOT buy from this company! The products are fine, but shipping and customer service is horrible, typical offshore operation. I ordered over $300 worth of reciprocating saw blades, cut off wheels, and flap discs for my business. I received 2 initial shipments that were poorly packaged and missing about 40% of my order. I contacted customer service who asked me to send multiple pictures and even video, questioned if I had missed something, and eventually agreed to send out the missing items
