I am beyond frustrated with my experience. When I received my vinyl, the physical elements look great. Majority of the songs that were put on my vinyl are at a significantly higher pitch than the original songs. I was not ready for such a shock when I listened to it for the first time. One of the songs I requested is a completely different version. I have submitted help forms, and have been asked to run around in circles taking different videos and comparison videos, and have gotten blamed for not specifying which version of the song I want. Although the customer service team is trying to be kind, they are not accommodating and will not help take care of the customer. I recommend thinking twice before spending this kind of money on a vinyl.

Great experience. I'd say the most frustrating part was anytime I'd navigate away from the customization page to the cart and then back, all the song choices were removed, so adding some data persistence logic to the backend of the website would be extremely beneficial and helpful to the user base.
