my experience has been short so far, i have no interest or intention of leaving the minibeast group. i love the different exercises and options during the workouts, i personally like to do workouts repetitively if im targeting a muscle and these workouts are definitely for more advanced training. i still push myself and enjoy the whole experience at my own pace and in my own home!
