The quality of the products just aren’t it. Unfortunately I see a YouTube video depicting the lack of detailing when it comings to labeling percentage of each ingredient that goes into the product. It’s just one number totaling the percentage of ingredients that make up the caloric serving. Just go to your local supplement store, not GNC and ask questions.
