Long wait time, but okay

Shopping experience went well. They keep you updated on shipping. It end up coming to me not even a week later.

While the artwork itself is beautiful & good quality, the shipping process was extremely disappointing. My order took over a month to arrive, & there was not enough upfront communication about how long delivery would actually take. If I had been informed ahead of time that shipping would take that long, I would have been more understanding. Instead, the lack of clear updates & transparency made the experience frustrating. Product is great but communication needs improvement.

I didn't expect it to take as long as it did to receive the item.

Order has taken two months, haven’t received it yet. Multiple emails were sent about the delay. I moved in the process and asked to change address. They asked me to pay for the change, when I should have received the piece before I moved. I make a report, received a few emails after. However, I do not have this piece. People are better off going into the store to buy the art. These are such beautiful pieces to have in your home. You try to support black-owned businesses but this is the result.

Shopping experience was good! I ordered a bundle first then another one( still waiting on that one) then I ordered an additional one and I got that last week. So overall good! Excited for the last one to arrive!

The communication from order placed to order received was phenomenal!!! There is no other company that reaches out with updates diligently and quickly the way SmardArt does. The response time in responding to concerns and emails were less than 10mins, which is what locked me in as a forever customer before receiving my first order. SmardArt and I are BBF!!!!

Very professional and great quality

I received the wrong purchase after waiting a considerable amount of time for my order.

Took at least a month to receive my order and did not receive my complete order. Had to keep asking for updates for the long hold up.

Had a great experience. Wish the puzzles were available in more quantity because they sell so fast

Shipping was great

I was very pleased with the product but it took a little long to come and notification updates could have been more frequent. But the product more than made up for the wait!
