Took a while to receive shipping information but after reaching out I was reassured that I was a priority and communication was excellent

The puzzle is cute. But I'll never purchase from this company again. Ordered a puzzle March 27th that "ships now". Thinking they'll ship by that M Monday since NOW means NOW. Didn't get a shipping label until April 6th. Then it was delivered April 16th. I commented on their IG account asking what was going on on April 4th, and they said that their "ship now" puzzles were being shipped out and would be arriving in 3 days. Lies. The original order did not state this was a preorder. There were some that was labeled as such but my selection wasn’t. I received a couple emails stating my order was out for delivery but had no tracking movement. When I finally got ahold of someone in customer service they said it was a preorder. But why would I receive an email stating it was on the way if the order wasn’t shipping for another month.

Only disappointed was the amount of time it took to finally arrived, which was listed when ordered.

Wrong size pics, torn at bottom and very late. And I bought 3 pics. I wasted my money.
