I was so glad I was able to catch the drop with the puzzle I really wanted. The alerts for the drop time came in handy because it’s easy to lose track of time. I would definitely purchase again and recommend others to purchase as well. Great product and great service overall.

I was not expecting the time limit that it took to get it if I bought it April 14th I didn't get it for a whole month and I'm saying to myself and what I didn't believe it was a pre-order.

I just wish I got more support to receive my art to my new home. A month and a half wait is ridiculous.

I love the honesty and the updates about the process of your puzzle. It makes you feel Valued and Seen. Thats why I dont how long it takes for the puzzle to come, you guys always insure that they are on they way with updated emails and the reason why it taking awhile which understanble cause you Killing the games with these puzzles. So I could only imagine but I also know yall are doing your best. Keep up the great customer service ❤️💋
