I ordered two tumblers w/ straw and only one of them included a straw. I emailed the customer service dept. (after hours) and they responded first thing the following morning, stating that they would ship out the straw immediately. I rec'd the straw and an additional lid that can be used w/ the straw or for sipping (lid contains a rotating cover to keep from spilling when straw is not in use). Thought it was a nice gesture - much appreciated. I also own 64 oz. battle bottles, too. Great product

Fantastic product. I've had my battle bottle for several years now. I live on the edge of Death Valley where "hydrate or die" is quite literal. At any time my battle bottle is within arms reach. It is singlehandedly the most important part of my day to day life; I drink at least a gallon of water a day at minimum. Even here in the desert southwest if I fill it with ice first, the ice lasts at least 24 hours and I top it off with water every handful of hours. I wish I had this in the Army.
