I wanted to combine a little rehab with a home work out so I got the five pack of bands and the door handles. “Freaking awesome”. I started with the smallest band for shoulder flys and warmed up the triceps and biceps with the second band. I used the third and fourth bands for rows, dips, chest presses and some lat pull downs. Iron Infidel is awesome. Their customer service is outstanding. Connected at one end to a post by a carabiner, this band gives great resistance for bicep, tricep, lats, and shoulder exercises for me. I elrecentlt took my newly acquired Battle Bottle to, of all places, Disney World for a long weekend with my wife and 2 boys. A good friend of mine gifted me a 64oz Battle Bottle and me being a simpleton completely forgot I had set it down on my rear truck bumper. It was full of water and when I got to a turn on a highway I saw it fly and explode on the side of the road. I honestly thought I lost it forever and was really upset especially since it meant a lot.
