I do LOVE shopping with DRAE, items generally appear luxurious. Not as impressed with this experience/items. I have not contacted customer service, my invoice was marked "final sale". Purchased the oval tube hoop/pave' drop earrings. The tube diameter is smaller than the similar round tube hoop/Pave' drop earrings I had purchased previously. The smaller size makes the pave' look inexpensive.
