READ RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING When I had an issue with the product they at first, did not respond at all. I had to email 3 different people to only get one response back and once I told them about the missing screws and washers they asked me to send a photo, which I did (with the chair half put together without the screws needed to finish it), and they replayed “that’s a chair”. So I will not be getting a refund due to their return policy. If the package is opened then you cannot return it. How would anyone know if there are missing parts if the package is not opened?

I love the armrest and was planning on purchasing more products. I now will likely go elsewhere if the following is not corrected. I Dislike the fact that I was charged $60 for shipping only to have us customs a month after I received my order now billing me an additional $34 dollars extra now for duty fees.
