Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was resolved and I never received the item. I had to request a refund through my bank. Extremely poor customer service. My order was held up in customs due to improper/missing paperwork in their end. Over a two week span I emailed them three times requesting help for the situation with no response. I am an apprentice and it took my mentor with an established following reaching out to get an immediate response and help. The very next day it began moving through the system again. Who knows if I’d even see my order if I didn’t have someone else to reach out. Do better.
