Got second automatic charge same day first shipment arrived, so hadn't even has the chance to try it and know if I liked it. The first shipment was 6 bars , the second was only 3 bars at the same price, which was already overpriced. And all my complaints were answered with alot of runaround making me jump thru hoops. Terrible. I’m embarrassed for them. Soap is alright but nothing special. I prefer the Dr Squatch I was using. But now Inhave like a years supply of soap if not more. Ugh.

Shipping was backed up, which I only learned about after contacting support. It’s too pricey for what it is (it’s soap. Soap). Took nearly 2 months to get to me. Meanwhile the company is sending automated emails asking how they did and advertising other products. It was a bad look. If the support team reads this and is forced to reply: THIS IS NOT ON YOU! This is a failure of your operations leadership team and they should be the ones held accountable.
