Shipping is extremely slow.... Over a month from order to receiving. In fact they were wanting to charge me for a second order before I had even received shipment from my first one which felt like a scam. The website is deceptive, missleading fine print on recurring monthly shipments. Why would I buy a year's worth of soap every month? I had such a bad experience before I even tried the soap....... I will probably never buy from them again.

For the most part it was good. However, I was caught off-guard about the "subscription" that was added to my order. I tried getting it taken off before a second order/renewal went out...but no luck. It was not until the third order/renewal went out before I finally got it to stop, even after communicating with Maxwell in your customer service dept. He fixed it and I am NOT receiving anymore soap. Plus, your soap lasted a whole EIGHT showers. Already on bar #3.
