I purchased a multipack from a Facebook. I ordered it to experience several different products. I understand that I was going to be getting several bars of soap, deodorant, and a paste style cologne. I hadn’t even finished the first bar of soap and I am notified I have been billed for a second shipment of the same products. The second shipment is still in the shipping box, unopened, stored until I use the product on my original order. Customer service was nonexistent. Didn’t even say “sorry”
