The website lures you in and signs you up for a monthly subscription of $100 for a supply of 6 bars of soap. Then once the order for the next month is “confirmed” they will not cancel or refund the automatic payment.
If the soap were as great as advertised customers would not need to be signed up automatically. Looks like I have almost a year worth of “meh” soap and almost $200 out of my account.

This is a B.S. subscription plan that is not well stated on the website and when ordering, and most users probably never set up a user account on initial order and only find out about it when the inevitably need to cancel. And the always on sale, always countdown timer on the website is a pretty tacky way to create urgency to order.
