I've had great customer service experiences with Gaala, and I'm happy that their quality has remained amazing over the year and a half that I've been shopping with them! I've been extremely pleased with every item I've received from them, including knitwear, coats, and dresses.
I also really appreciate their Slow Friday sale in November - it makes for a far less stressful shopping experience and I can be much more intentional and thoughtful about what I buy. I tend to avoid buying things during most Black Friday sales, since I get stressed and overwhelmed with decision paralysis, but the Slow Friday sale gives me time to narrow down what I want before buying, and I feel much more satisfied with the items I do end up purchasing.

It was a little difficult to buy the dress I had wanted to order it continually declined the payment without telling us the reason, so we had to switch to another card before it worked, and even after that our card company had to make sure it wasn’t a fraud payment I think it was probably just because it was from out of country. The technical response team helped us work through it, were very nice about it, and responded quickly to our messages.
