I feel like a lot of things on the site are done manually which is prone to human error. Not sure if a database with the amount of material is attached to the site and then every time someone makes a purchase there's the necessary fabric amount taken off. Kind of like a stock. Also the exchange part of the site is not working properly, since my order only started being made after I sent an email. I feel that is the biggest downside to Gaala. The tech is not really teching.
