I can’t fault Gaala’s customer service as they have been excellent, however, I think that the shipping cost could be a lot cheaper for UK customers. I know we have to pay import tax, however when I bought one dress is may, it was a lot cheaper when Gaala had used DPD for the delivery as they only charge £5 for the broker fee. However when it came to UPS delivering it, they charged nearly £15. I was shocked to hear how much I had to pay for the import tax plus the UPS broker fee.
