As a returning customer who planned to purchase more, I was disappointed by the high customs duty on my second order. My first experience was great, but this time, I wasn’t aware I’d have to pay such high fees. Other small businesses I’ve ordered from have been more understanding in helping customers avoid excessive costs. I’d love to continue shopping, but I’m having second thoughts, as I don’t want to pay nearly half the dress’s cost in fees. Some leniency would go a long way.
